The brief

A specialist shop handling the damage a full collision centre treats as an inconvenience: bumpers, dents, scratches, touch-ups and panel work, with a fast turnaround.

The positioning problem was that customers could not tell from a search result whether their particular damage was something the shop would take.

The build

A page for each kind of damage, so a search for a bumper scuff and a search for a key scratch each land somewhere that answers that exact thing.

A page about collision work that states plainly which job the shop turns down. Being specific about the boundary turns out to be more persuasive than claiming to do everything, and it stops the shop fielding calls it cannot help with.

An estimate flow built around photographs, because the customer's first question is always what it will cost and the honest answer needs to see the damage.
