The Hail Spa

The brief

A paintless dent repair shop with a strong local reputation and a website that did not carry it. The previous site was on a builder platform and most of its content sat on one page.

A single page cannot rank for several different things. The shop's own work, its reviews and its story were all present and all invisible, because they shared one address between them.

The build

Real pages, one per topic, each with its own address, title and purpose, so the work, the reviews and the story can each be found by someone looking for that thing.

A page for each service the shop actually performs, and one for how an insurance claim works in Colorado, because that is the question customers arrive with and almost no competitor answers it.

A service area page naming the towns the shop genuinely serves, with directions from each, rather than a set of near-identical pages with the town name swapped. The second approach is what search engines call a doorway, and it ages badly.

Hosting, certificates and backups handled, so the shop is not managing any of it.
